Figueiras
The apartment had character.
Just the wrong decade.
Terracotta floors. Patterned tiles. Heavy wooden cabinetry everywhere. An 85 m² T2 in Torre with a strong personality — the personality of a different time. The owners liked the apartment. They wanted a different decade in it.
The studio took it back to the walls. What went up in its place was an open-plan room where kitchen, dining, and living read as one space. By anchoring the layout with a quartz waterfall island and hiding the utility behind mauve cabinetry, the apartment gained a focal point without losing breathability. Eighty-five square metres, drawn for two.
