Before the works begin.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

We focus on complete house and apartment renovations along the Cascais coastline, from Cascais to Lisbon. We also welcome individual rooms, smaller works and standalone interior design.

How long will the works take?

Your timeline and scope reflect what you want, the size and condition of your home, the extent and type of works, and the quality and specification of your chosen materials and finishes. We agree the scope, finishing materials and timeline with you before works begin.

What is agreed before works begin?

You receive 3D designs, a detailed quotation, a works contract, a payment schedule and a timeline before works begin.

What happens if I want to change something?

Maja reviews the change with you. Any effect on price and timing is confirmed in writing before you approve the change and the team carries it out.

Can you manage the renovation while I am abroad?

Yes. Maja keeps you informed through WhatsApp messages, photographs and progress reports suited to your needs. Site meetings are also part of the communication when you are here.
