How quickly does Maja reply?
Usually the same day. Sometimes within the hour, sometimes by evening if Maja’s on a site — never by an autoresponder.
Do you take projects outside Cascais and Estoril?
Yes. The studio takes projects across the Lisbon coast—from Cascais up to Sintra and central Lisbon. We will occasionally travel further for the right home.
What does a project cost?
Costs are quoted privately, after a site walk. We do not publish a price list — every home is different, and a quote made before seeing the room is a quote made wrong. Most clients receive a written estimate within ten days of their first meeting.
Do you work with international buyers who haven’t bought yet?
Often. The pre-purchase advice service (Service Nº 06) was built for this — Maja walks the property with you, before contracts, and tells you honestly whether the home is worth the work.
Which languages does Maja speak?
English, Portuguese, Italian, French, Spanish, German, and Slovenian. Write in whichever is easiest.
