01Stage 1
Property & brief
Tell Maja how you want to live in the home and what you hope to change. The property and your priorities shape the project.

02–03Stages 2 & 3
Design & agreement
Layouts, materials and 3D designs are developed and approved with you. Before construction, you receive the detailed quotation, works contract, payment schedule and timeline.
Design is a separate paid service. You can take the finished design to another contractor; Maja’s supervision is available for an additional fee.

04–05Stages 4 & 5
Preparation & construction
The in-house team manages the work. Maja keeps you informed through site meetings, messages, photographs and progress reports suited to your needs. Changes need your approval, with any effects on price and timing confirmed in writing first.

The agreed design comes together in the finished home.
06–07Stages 6 & 7
Furnishing & handover
The team completes the agreed work and installations. Furniture, lighting and finishing details are coordinated as set out in your project scope.
