The website is operated by Maja’s Homes Unipessoal, Lda., trading as Maya’s Homes, in Alcabideche, Cascais. For questions about your personal data, contact maja.milic@mayashomes.com.
Your enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. You may also provide a telephone number, your property stage, project scope and location or preferred area. These details help us understand and respond to your enquiry.
For information about how a particular enquiry is stored, who can access it or how long it is retained, write to the contact above.
Optional website analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and how pages are used. Analytics loads only after you select Accept in the cookie notice. Selecting Decline leaves analytics disabled.
If you accept, Google processes visit and device information through its analytics service, which uses cookies. This is separate from the details you enter in the enquiry form. Read Google’s information about Analytics and privacy for more about its processing.
Your cookie choice
Your choice is saved in your browser so you do not have to make it on every page. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. If you withdraw consent, the site disables analytics and removes the Google Analytics cookies it can access.

You can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you can also request a portable copy, restrict processing or object to it. These rights have conditions and exceptions.
