Every renovation comes with a 5-year warranty on all work carried out by our team. Appliances and fixtures carry their own manufacturer warranties on top of that. We stand behind what we build.
Payment is structured in stages — a portion at the start of the project and the remainder on completion. You're never paying for work that hasn't been done.
Not every client needs a full renovation. Maya's Homes also offers standalone design packages — consultations, concept development, space planning, 3D visualisations, material selection, and contractor coordination. You get the full design vision with detailed specifications, and you choose who builds it. The same level of care, just without the hard hats.
Our service is completely flexible. You can choose only renovation works, or add interior design, material selection, and go all the way to a fully furnished turnkey handover.

This is illegal, and it puts your property at risk — unpermitted works can invalidate insurance, block future sales, and leave you liable. Maya's Homes operates under IMPIC licence 97976-PAR. Every worker on your site is legally employed and covered. Every project is documented. You are protected.
